“LINSEMAO Account Cancellation Agreement”
[Special Reminder] When you fill in the information as prompted on the logout page, read and agree to this logout agreement and related terms and conditions, and complete all logout procedures, it means that you have fully read, understood and accepted all the contents of this logout agreement.In the process of reading this cancellation agreement, if you do not agree to any relevant terms and conditions, please immediately stop the account cancellation procedure.
1. The account you apply for cancellation should be owned by you. Since you registered the account, all actions you use this account to perform are in compliance with the requirements of the “LINSEMAO User Service Agreement” and all rules issued by LINSEMAO.
2. You should ensure that your account cancellation does not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, and all disputes arising therefrom shall be borne by you.
3. If you still insist on canceling your account, your account must meet the following conditions at the same time:
(1) In the last month, the account has not undergone sensitive operations such as changing the password or changing the binding information;
(2) Voluntarily give up the assets and virtual rights of the account in the LINSEMAO system (including but not limited to membership rights, download rights, coupons, etc.);
(3) The account has no disputes, including complaints or reports;
4. During the LINSEMAO account cancellation period, if your LINSEMAO account is involved in disputes, including but not limited to complaints, reports, litigation, arbitration, investigations by competent authorities, etc., LINSEMAO has the right to terminate the cancellation of this LINSEMAO account on its own without requiring you to separately Agree.
5. The cancellation of the LINSEMAO account will cause the company to terminate the service provided to you, and the rights and obligations of both you and LINSEMAO will terminate, and the following results may occur:
(1) You will not be able to log in to the LINSEMAO platform with this account again;
(2) All historical information in your account will be cleared and cannot be retrieved;
